- Resmî sunum dilleri Türkçe ve İngilizcedir.
- Kabul edilen özet ve tam metin bildiriler konferans sonrasında ISBN numaralı bildiri kitabında yayımlanacaktır.
- Bildiri kitabının planlanan yayımlanma tarihi 25 Ekim 2026’dır.
- Tam metin bildiriler, hakem değerlendirmesinden sonra uluslararası indeksli dergilerde ücretsiz yayımlanabilir.
- Tüm konferans gönderileri çift-kör hakemlik süreciyle değerlendirilecektir.
