Important Points
Important Note: Please do not forget to write the full name and papers ID numbers in the explanation section of the Bank Receipt, when you pay for the conference registration fee. (For example; Name-surname, ID 25 and 26)
Konferans katılım ücretleri aşağıdaki konferans hesabına yatırılmalıdır.
Registration fees must be paid to the following conference account.
After making your payment, the Registration Form must be submitted along with the Bank Receipt. (Click for Registration Form)
All registration fees listed include VAT.
The Conference fees must be paid until 02 December 2025.
The Payments at the conference venue will not be accepted.
Student participants must send their student certificates along with the receipt. For Turkish participants, Student documents can be obtained via E-Devlet.
Registration payments will not be refunded.
